About me
Abundance Therapy, Education and Coaching. My name is Kirsty Jordan, founder of Abundance TEC (Therapy, Education & Coaching). I'm a fully qualified professional therapist (specialising in clinical hypnotherapy, hypno-analysis and psychotherapy), education consultant, teacher and coaching professional.
After witnessing first hand in the education sector an increase in mental health needs for young people and their families, I decided to retrain to offer therapy and support that can empower clients. I have one mission-to help more people reach their potential and promote positive mental health for all.
Abundance TEC centres on three core principles; potential, progress and prosperity. I believe in abundance and that everyone can achieve an abundance of whatever they desire; most importantly positive mental health, time, opportunities, career prospects and many more. Abundance Therapy Education and Coaching offers both individual clinical hypnotherapy and coaching sessions, as well as tailored bespoke training and CPD for organisations, wishing to support positive mental health of individuals within the organisation, and enjoy a new outlook on life.
Training, qualifications & experience
- Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with Psychotherapy (The Kent Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy)
- GTP in Social Sciences for Secondary School (Bromley School's Collegiate)
- PGCE in Social Sciences (Canterbury Christ Church University)
- BA Hons Degree Sociology and Media, with units in Psychology and Criminology (Essex University)
With over 11 years experience as a teacher of Social Sciences, including Sociology and Psychology I fully understand the well-being needs for adults and children. I have also been successful with consultancy work in the education sector, and progressed to Senior Leadership before deciding to retrain so I could support individuals through therapy and coaching.
I have a wealth of experience working with young people, parents/carers and leading and managing teams.
I have been successful in coaching and facilitating the self-growth of colleagues and young people and have also trained to be able to offer individual and group therapy sessions and workshops to children and adults.
