As someone who is prone to bouts of anxiety I have to say that the current situation would be one that might’ve triggered me. Thankfully I had three sessions with Katy before Coronavirus or lockdown hit. Katy gave me the tools to deal with anything that might come up in my life. Katy is amazing! She's so supportive and welcoming. I have had face to face and online hypnotherapy with her - both worked fantastically well! She puts you at ease right away and helps you feel safe.
I noticed subtle changes in how I would react and think about things which are happening now vs 6 weeks ago. For me it was a gradual snowball effect rather than total over night change and I've got the tools to help me keep progressing forwards now too.
