About me

I work with a combination of hypnotherapy, coaching, and psychotherapy in a client centred way to help you achieve intense, significant, long lasting effects.

I’m trained to deliver hypnotherapy and therapy for many different needs (and a hypnotherapist’s experience is always wide and growing as new clients bring new issues) However, my specialisms include:

  • Wellbeing and mindfulness
  • Weight management and body confidence. (I don't focus on weight 'loss', I focus on sustainability and health goals at all sizes, although weight reduction is usually a result of the hypnotherapy we do.)
  • Non traditional relationship structures (consensual non monogamy, polyamory, solo-poly, hierarchical poly, open marriage)
  • Anxiety, panic attacks, trauma
  • Transgenerational trauma, ancestor healing, ancestral patterns, and past lives
  • Career goals (career planning, interview confidence, unlearning unconscious bias, sales performance, networking confidence)
  • Paganism and alternative religions and spirituality
  • Neurodiversity and mental health

I work with both analytical hypnotherapy and suggestion hypnotherapy depending on the individual needs of the client.

I'm trained in Parts Therapy (IFS - Internal Family Systems) and Age and Past Life Regression; and have an interest in Polyvagal theory, nutrition, the psychology of eating and diets, and yoga. I'm committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for clients, am fat positive, and LGBTQIA+, nonbinary, kink, and sex worker friendly.

The majority of appointments are online to allow my clients the comfort and safety of being in their own space. However, I'm also able to offer face to face appointments in London and East Kent.

I work a range of hours including daytimes, evenings, and weekends. You can view available appointment times and find one that's convenient for you via my website.

Member organisations

Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
