Hi, I'm Karen I'm a fulltime Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, NLP, EFT.LOA and Life coach practitioner. I specialise in anxiety, weight loss and alcohol problems and reduction or any other issues that are putting limitations on life.
I'm non-judgemental and have a kind and empathetic nature. I always work from my heart and pride myself on personalising sessions and programs to your individual wants needs desires and goals.

Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

I work solely as an online practitioner which I have done since the beginning of covid 19. The sessions are safe and effective if not more effective in a lot of cases. My reviews on google and my website reflect this. You can discuss any concerns at the consultation or by calling me or sending an Email.

Friday 9am till 7pm
Out of hours appointments are available by request.
