About me

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) enabled me to personally overcome some of life’s unwanted experiences.  I retrained in SFH and now enjoy working with a variety of client’s, enabling them to experience this enlightening and beneficial form of therapy whilst gaining an understanding of how we process events and how we can create new neural pathways to form new positive habits.

I work with clients online and in person, using a combination of techniques including a solution focused approach and hypnosis to achieve the positive changes you desire. Working this way enables change to be made without having to go over or delve into negative events of the past. I have worked successfully with a variety clients including those with low mood, overthinkers and low self-esteem/low confidence.

A free and complementary initial consultation is offered to discuss what you would like to achieve and how we could best work together for you to achieve your goals.  During this consultation (approx. 1hr) I will also explain about our brain and why we can be feeling the way we do.

You are not committed to booking sessions following this consultation.

Training, qualifications & experience

My training was with the respected Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training Centre, where I achieved my Solution Focused Hypnotherapy Diploma (SFHD). I went on to achieve my Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD). The HPD has been externally validated and accredited by NCFE as having measurable learning outcomes that have been benchmarked at Level 4 (using Ofqual’s Qualification and Credit Framework [QCF] level descriptors). I also have a BSc (Hons) in Criminology & Psychological Studies.

Continuing my development I am now completing the Advanced Hypnotherapy Diploma (AHD). The AHD is accredited by the NCFE as having measurable learning outcomes that have been benchmarked at Level 5 (using Ofqual’s QCF level descriptors). At present (2023), the AHD is the highest award in Hypnotherapy.
