About me
I have been a practising hypnotherapist for a number of years. I specialise in treating phobias and negative attitudes around body image.
Having also worked in education for many years I have used hypnosis and relaxation techniques to reduce fear of learning and promote accelerated learning for advanced students. I have also supported many students who have dyslexia or other additional support needs to work through low self esteem or feelings of inadequacy.
My CPD includes Neuro linguistic programming to help support clients with weight loss and positive body image.

Member organisations
The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) is a national professional body whose aim is to promote and assure high standards in the practice of hypnotherapy. There are various types of membership of BSCH, including associate members, full members, diplomats and fellows. Registration demands good quality training, ethical practice and adherence to a code of conduct.

£60.00 per session
Additional information
I charge the going rates for a one hour session and ninety five pounds for smoking cessation.
Body Image and positive diet hypnosis is seventy pounds a session which decreases to sixty pounds after successfully completing three sessions.
