Practicing clinical hypnosis since 1999, I specialise in stress management (e.g. reducing anxiety and panic attacks), anger management, smoking cessation, phobis (e.g. fear of flying) relationship issues, women's mental health (issues related to polycystic ovary syndrome) and men's mental health.
Treatment is conducted in a safe, friendly and confidential environment. After your free initial consultation, in which we talk about how best to help with your issue, you can decide whether to go ahead with the treatment plan, usually only one or a few sessions on a weekly basis are required to achieve lasting successful results.
I am a member of the British Psychological Society and the British Society of Clinical & Academic Hypnosis. Besides my clinical work I am also an honorary lecturer in Psychology at University College London (UCL).
I have a PhD in Psychology, am a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and have published around 60 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals on topics in psychology (mostly clinical psychology and health psychology).
