About me

I believe that everyone deserves to be the best. The time is now to make a move to a better healthier and happier life. Do you want to feel more confident, calm and in control of your life?  I can help you to change unwanted, negative behaviours and beliefs to create a healthier life.

My goal is for you to make your life decisions based on what you want not what you fear.

My expertise and experience with excellent listening skills and a strong empathetic manner enable me to really understand what drives you and what prevents you from achieving your goals in life.

Hypnotherapy, NLP and counselling keep you in charge of what is happening and enable you to feel able to let go off old and unwanted habits, experiences and behaviours and decide how you really would prefer to experience your life.

Some recent issues that I have helped clients with include weight loss, stop smoking, feelings of frustration and fear, loss of confidence, being 'stuck' in a rut whilst watching others move forward in their lives.

Specialist areas for me also include supporting women and their partners through pregnancy and child birth especially when they are having difficulties with fear or fertility.

Loss of confidence with animals whose behaviour can be confusing. Especially dogs and horses where often an incident or incidents have left the owner feeling anxious and fearful of it happening again. Breaking that vicious cycle caused when dogs and horses pick up on their owners stress and react.

Not sure if this therapy is for you don't worry contact me for a free 30 minute consultation for a chat to find out more and you decide.

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
