Life has appeared to speed up and change. Nothing seems the same. We can feel disconnected and alone. I walk alongside you through your therapy pathway whilst you share your story, start to understand your needs and change to heal. Some of my clients are currently going through a life event for example following an accident, surgery, cancer treatment, IVF, pregnancy, loss and bereavement or those who are affected by ill health, a previous massive life event, childhood trauma, phobia or a pattern that they really want to change. My background as a nurse and midwife (now retired) helps me to understand how your concern affects your body, mind and emotions. I use a range of tools including hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, Regression, Energy Healing, Counselling and Coaching. Here are a few reasons that clients contact me depression, feeling down, anxiety, feeling worried, distressed, scared, worried, frustrated, lonely, traumatised, not sure what to do, want to change, to be happy, to enjoy life, to adapt to their changes.

Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

I am happy to speak to you whatever your concern or problem. I have clients with very different therapy needs. We are all unique and there is a close link between our emotional, mental and physical health. Each affects the other and ideally need to be in balance.

I am able to offer therapy via the internet which means that you don't have to live close by. I live in Selston in Nottingham and if you prefer and live near you can come to a private room in Hucknall (Nottingham) or I can offer therapy in your home.
