About me

Welcome, I am Heather Fletcher, a Qualified Hypnotherapist; MHS (Accred) and here to help you in many ways. I offer a professional, friendly, warm approach to my work in a safe, confidential and caring capacity.

I am very passionate about being a Hypnotherapist and help people from all walks of life to overcome personal, emotional and psychological issues, in order to give people the tools for moving forward with their lives.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained with Chrysalis (not for profit) in Norwich and hold a Certificate in Hypnotherapy (Cert. Hyp CS) MHS (Accred). I am an Accredited member of the National Hypnotherapy Society which holds an Accredited Register, that is part of the Professional Standard's Authority Accredited Registers' Program. I am in continuous Professional Development; Registered with a Supervisor and have Professional Indemnity Insurance.

I qualified in 2017 and have run a very successful practice mainly online via video call.  However, in person appointments can be made at Well Beans Complementary Practice at Packenham on Fridays.

The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.

Additional information

  • The Initial Consultation is up to 60 minutes.  Fee: £95.

  • Subsequent hypnotherapy sessions are 60 minutes. Fee: £95 per session.

  • Smoking cessation is charged at £255. This includes an Initial Consultation up to (60 minutes). Quit smoking session (60 minutes).


Please phone me for an initial chat, we can then arrange a mutually convenient  date to carry out the Initial Consultation.  Planned appointments will then be made in order to carry out the Hypnotherapy Sessions, which are usually on a weekly basis. The number of sessions needed will depend on the issue covered. Typically, 6 sessions are planned however, this can be flexible.  Payment can be made by bank transfer.

Well Beans Complementary Therapy Practice is a barn conversion at Old Hall Barns, Packenham.  Located between Packenham and Ixworth, just north-east of Bury St Edmunds.

The location is within a beautiful countryside setting, quiet and tranquil.  There is plenty of ample free parking.

By car:   4 minute drive from Packenham/Ixworth; 8 minute drive from Woolpit/Elmswell; 12 minute drive from Bury St Edmunds; 20 minute drive from Thetford/Stowmarket.
