About me

Professional Biography - a bit about me.

I am a fully qualified Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist (Hypnotherapy Practitioner’s Diploma), Dip(CAH) (Diploma in Clinical and Advanced Hypnosis). I am registered with the NHC with is the professional body to ensure ethical and professional standards of practice.

I have 32 years of experience in community-based mental health services, primarily as a Depute Service Manager responsible for staff teams supporting people with complex mental health and associated social and practical issues. In addition to my Hypnotherapy Diploma, I hold qualifications such as SVQ Level 4 Management and Supervision and Forensic Mental Health. I collaborated closely with Community Mental Health Services, including psychiatric, psychological, social work services, GP practices, community development teams, and hospital-based services in both general and mental health.

My dedication to working directly with individuals has consistently been solution-focused, with the person as the central priority. Each individual person I encounter will receive a tailored approach to address and overcome their specific challenges. Together, we will develop a strategic plan and blueprint to facilitate positive change to your life.
