About me

Hello, I'm Georgina, I am a fully qualified and accredited Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with over 15 years of successful clinical experience.

https://www.georginasaycetherapies.co.uk

I have a lifelong interest in helping people to reach their full potential.

Client Centred Therapy, Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Life Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprogramming (EMDR) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

Clients often come in times of transition, when they are uncertain of the way ahead, to heal past hurts or to change a behavioural response that is limiting them in some way. I help people in any area in which they need support.

I treat all types of anxiety, including health anxiety and social anxiety, phobias - including fear of flying, emetophobia, fear of public speaking, injections, heights and driving. I also work with lack of confidence and low self esteem, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), chronic pain and chronic/complex illnesses including Chronic Fatigue, Long Covid, M.E. and Interstitial Cystitis. Other things I work with regularly are Trichotillomania, job dissatisfaction, life goal setting/coaching and relationship issues.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you move forward on your journey.

Please do give me a call to find out how I would treat your particular condition and how many sessions I believe you will need.

Testimonials:

Georgina's holistic approach to wellbeing has been transformative for me. She uses a variety of different techniques and methods to support me with what I come to each therapy session with. Her kind and understanding way makes me feel safe to express myself and she is very intuitive in what would be a useful area to focus on in each session. I owe much of my recovery from ME/CFS to her, and she continues to be an invaluable support for not only everyday life challenges, but also my deep personal development. Georgina's wisdom and empathy are rare, and I would recommend her services extremely highly. Nicole Langdon

Georgina is a compassionate and multifaceted therapist who truly equips you to better navigate your challenges and work towards your goals. I love her integrated, practical approach and her ability to balance deep emotional enquiry with shorter-term, solution focused work. It’s rare you enjoy doing this work, but I really did and will definitely return. Claire Moran

Georgina provides an authentic, caring and dedicated service to her clients. I've worked with Georgina for a while now and she's hugely improved my mental health. She's a joy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable and listened to. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Siobhan Urquhart

I have had three previous attempts to "sort myself out" with no great success, but I can quite truthfully say that my sessions with Georgina have been life changing. I am now equipped with skills to help me deal with everyday struggles and greater life burdens. I now spot the warning signs quickly when the balance of life starts to tip and am equipped to analyse the situation and correct my mental approach with genuine self belief and worth. I still have lots to address but I can truthfully say I have started to like and value myself! Thank you from bottom of my heart. Bee Cassidy

Georgina has helped me through a number of difficult periods in my life, from dealing with my marriage breakdown to coping with a very upsetting and stressful period in my work life. She has helped me to unravel my feelings, understand and deal with them and work towards creating a positive future. Georgina is such a warm, caring person that sharing your innermost thoughts with her feels more like confiding in a lifelong friend than a therapist. I'm so grateful for all the help she has given me. Claire MacDonald
