About me
My name is Evelyn and I am a Quest cognitive hypnotherapist and a NLP master practitioner since 2016. I am also an experienced general and psychiatric nurse, working in this profession for over 2 decades. Additionally I am trained in EMDR therapy.
The combination of these skills enables me to provide a powerful and bespoke therapy program. I can help you to overcome symptoms due to past traumatic events, such as flashbacks, nightmares, dissociation, anxiety and low mood, low self-compassion and many more. Based on my own personal experience I also learned effective ways how to feel better with an autoimmune disease.
My native tongue is german and I offer therapy in English and German.
