I'm Liz, founder and director of Transform Your Life.
I'm a fully qualified and registered Hypnotherapist and Past Life Therapist. I am passionate about mental health and I have a sound understanding of the workings of the mind. With over 20 years' experience of working in the NHS and Education Sector, I bring a broad and unique skill-set to my work with clients, having supported children, adolescents and adults to find solutions to their problems and live life to the full.
Hypnotherapy works by helping you to take control of your life by allowing you to relax your conscious mind and access the resources of your unconscious. Connect with yourself on a whole new level, decrease stress and anxiety and overcome your problems permanently. The hypnotherapy I offer is integrative, solution-focused and person-centred which enables me to offer a unique, personalised service, tailored to your specific needs. I provide a professional and inclusive approach and am experienced at working with clients from all walks of life.
I have experience of helping clients suffering with anxiety, depression, insomnia, phobias, low self-esteem, pain, anger issues, eating disorders, trauma, gender dysphoria, sexual issues and more.
I also offer focused work for women, including womb work, deep feminine therapy and support for transitioning through the menopause.
The past life therapies I offer include regression, inter-life and future-life therapy.
I am registered with The National Society for Talking Therapies, The Past Life Therapists Association and The Holistic Healers Association.
I am working towards accreditation with the UKCP and abide by their code of conduct. I have professional indemnity insurance and hold an enhanced DBS certificate.

I have worked in a supportive capacity all my life and gained invaluable experience in the NHS and Education sectors. Having worked in the field of mental health for many years my knowledge and understanding of mental health issues is extensive. My own personal challenges in regard to mental health has given me the capacity to empathise with my clients, seeing things from their perspective and building that essential rapport that is key to faciliation of healing.
