About me
Hello! I’m Lizzy and I support clients who are struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm and poor self image. In sessions we work on getting back confidence and self esteem so they can lead their lives with more ease, calm and control.
In sessions, you will learn about your brain and where anxiety, negative thoughts and limiting beliefs come from so that you can gain better perspective over them. We also use hypnosis and solution focused psychotherapy to help you significantly reduce anxiety and train your brain to think in a more proactive way. We will work to reduce stress and transform the negative stories holding you back, so you can build a solid foundation of lasting positive mental health.
By the end of our sessions, my clients gain a deeper and more compassionate understanding of themselves and learn practical skills to manage moments of overwhelm, leading to increased confidence and a renewed zest for life so they can truly reach their full potential.
