Donna Edmondson-Jones MHS (Accred) Dip. Hyp, LICNLP, Havening Techniques
About me
Hi, my name is Donna and I’m a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Licensed NLP practitioner & Certified Havening Practitioner and Accredited Member of The National Hypnotherapy Society.
As a therapist, My focus is on enabling you to get to where you want to be; whether that’s free from fear, anxiety or a habit. Or perhaps you want to stop smoking, lose weight or feel more confident. I will often combine one or more of my techniques and therapies as I endeavour to use my best efforts and skills to help you work towards your therapeutic goals.
I offer a calm and confidential space for you to make the changes that you need to move forwards in your life and be the best person you can be.
In order to get the best from therapy sessions, the level of rapport and understanding with your therapist is essential, along with your own dedication and determination to help yourself. Therapy is a “do with” process and you will sometimes be given tasks to complete between sessions, you will need to take ownership of these to move to the goal in mind.
I am easily commutable from , Stoke on Trent, Stafford, Rugeley, Cannock, Uttoxeter, Lichfield, Stone , Newport

Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
I also have an interest in Mindfulness, CBT, Mindscaping and rewind techniques.

Further information
How many sessions will I need?
I’m totally dedicated to clients that are determined to help themselves, Once clients are happy and confident to go it alone I’m more than happy to encourage them to do so, if they then decide to return for a few extra sessions at a later date , its really down to you and the progress you make.
Everyone is different and the number of sessions will often depend on the symptoms and situation a client presents with. As a guide, generally 3 / 4 sessions is the point where we assess progress and for some that’s all that is needed. Anxiety and depression, weight management, IBS are usually more. Stopping smoking is however is a 2 hour session and is completed in one session.
