About me
Hi, my name is Donna and I’m a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Licensed NLP practitioner & Certified Havening Practitioner and Accredited Member of The National Hypnotherapy Society.
As a therapist, My focus is on enabling you to get to where you want to be; I combine hypnosis with Neuroscience and psychology in a blended approach with clients. I work with Adults , Teens and Children from the age of 5 years old.
I work predominantly with Anxiety and trauma related issues - anything from little worriers with childhood behavioural problems - to Adults with Generalised Anxiety, Fears, addictions / abuse and relationship problems and post trauma stress. * I have experience of working with Military personnel / Emergency services - work related stress / Trauma.
I also can help with you wanting to stop smoking, lose weight or feel more confident. I will often combine one or more of my techniques and therapies as I endeavour to use my best efforts and skills to help you work towards your therapeutic goals.
I offer a calm and confidential space for you to make the changes that you need to move forwards in your life and be the best person you can be.
In order to get the best from therapy sessions, the level of rapport and understanding with your therapist is essential, along with your own dedication and determination to help yourself. Therapy is a “do with” process and you will be given tasks to complete between sessions, you will need to take ownership of these to move to the goal in mind.
I offer both face to face & online Therapy options; I am easily commutable from York , Harrogate, Leeds, the surrounding areas and work worldwide online with clients.

The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I have a particular interest in women's health, perimenopause and menopause, regular working with ladies to manage their symptoms and enabling them to feel like themselves.
I also have a wealth of experience with dealing with clients with unresolved / complex grief, relationship problems, Childhood emotional neglect and workplace / military stress and trauma / PTSD.

Free initial telephone consultation: duration 30 minutes
Adult Therapy Session £120.00 duration 60 to 90 minutes Child Therapy session £90.00
Weight Management program are designed for the specific needs of the client. weight loss clients can either choose a 6 or 12 week programs.
Stop smoking £300.00 duration 120 minutes
How to Pay
Your invoice is due for payment before the end of each session
via Bank Transfer. If you are attending the session in person a card payment can be taken at that time if needed.
