About me

Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling to switch off at night, or stuck in habits or fears that are hard to change?

You might be experiencing constant worry, panic, sleep difficulties, phobias such as fear of flying, or patterns like emotional eating or smoking that feel difficult to control. You are not alone and change is possible.

I specialise in helping adults with anxiety, stress, phobias, and habit-related challenges, including sleep problems, fear of flying, and unwanted habits such as smoking or emotional eating. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH), psychotherapy, and nervous system regulation to support both the mind and body in creating lasting change.

About My Approach
Anxiety is not just something you think, it is something you feel in your body. When your nervous system is stuck in stress, overwhelm, or hypervigilance, it can be difficult to relax, sleep, or feel in control.

Using CBH hypnotherapy, we work with both conscious thoughts and subconscious patterns that drive anxiety, fears, and habits. This allows us to not only understand the problem, but begin to shift it at a deeper level.

Alongside this, I integrate nervous system regulation, helping you move out of survival mode and into a state where calm, clarity, and confidence feel more accessible.

I also support clients with:

Anxiety and panic attacks
Sleep problems and overthinking at night
Phobias, including fear of flying
Stress and burnout
Unwanted habits, including smoking
Emotional eating and weight-related goals
For clients working on weight loss, I can also collaborate with a qualified dietitian where appropriate, offering a more holistic and supportive approach.

How I Work
My approach is gentle, integrative, and tailored to you. I draw on a range of therapeutic methods to meet you where you are, including:

Hypnotherapy for anxiety, fears, and habits
CBT-informed techniques to shift unhelpful thought patterns
Nervous system regulation and grounding tools
Relaxation and visualisation to reduce stress
Breathwork to support emotional regulation
Parts work and inner child healing for deeper emotional patterns
Somatic awareness to release tension held in the body
I also offer a Yoga-CBT programme, supporting clients who want to reconnect mind and body while working through anxiety or trauma.

What to Expect
I offer a free 15-minute consultation, giving you space to ask questions and see if we are a good fit.

In our first session, we will explore what has brought you here, what you would like to change, and how hypnotherapy can support you. You will also be guided through gentle relaxation so you can begin to experience a calmer state from the start.

Sessions are available online and in person. Some clients come for short-term work around a specific issue, such as a phobia or sleep difficulty, while others choose longer-term support for anxiety or deeper emotional patterns.

Many people begin to notice positive changes within a few sessions, feeling calmer, sleeping better, and more in control of their thoughts and reactions.

About Me

I am a trauma-informed hypnotherapist and psychotherapist with a background in both therapy and the corporate world. Before retraining, I spent over a decade working in corporate environments and leading mental health and inclusion initiatives. I understand how it feels to appear “fine” on the outside while struggling internally.

My work is grounded in empathy, safety, and non-judgment. Alongside my client work, I also teach hypnotherapy and counselling skills, supporting the next generation of therapists.

If you are ready to feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of your life, I would be happy to hear from you.
