About me
Welcome, and thank you for being here.
You may be noticing patterns that seem to run on autopilot: intense fears, phobias, or emotional reactions that don’t fully make sense but feel very real.
Hypnotherapy allows us to work gently at that level, helping you reshape these patterns and respond differently, with more ease and control.
I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist (registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy) and a Trainee Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), currently based in London and working online.
I work in a trauma-informed and dissociation-aware way, and my practice is queer-affirmative, offering a safe and inclusive space for all clients.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space for hypnotherapy alongside integrative therapeutic support. My approach combines subconscious-focused work with reflective exploration, helping you understand and gently shift patterns such as anxiety, phobias, and emotional blocks.
Sessions are available online in English and Greek.
