About me

I believe that hypnotherapy can be life enhancing, encouraging clients to relax and transform their lives by assisting them in a wide range of ways, such as helping to overcome fears or phobias, stop smoking, break habits, sleep better, eat less or just cope with some of the stresses and anxieties that they may have in their lives.

Gentle, relaxing hypnotherapy can be a safe and effective way of overcoming issues that may be holding a person back from achieving their full potential and finding a contented fulfilment in their life. Through deep relaxation, hypnotherapy can help to gain the peace of mind needed to enjoy life in the fullest sense.

My approach is completely confidential and non-judgmental, and I carefully plan and design a hypnotherapy treatment plan for each individual client.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling skills from Chrysalis, and am a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society, an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society, and an Registered Member of BACP

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
