About me

Hello, my name is Catherine Ward and I am an experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist. I help people overcome obstacles like unwanted feelings, break negative habits, achieve pain relief and reconnect to joy, vitality and purpose- opening up a healing range of new possibilities to support growth & renewal.

I enjoy working with a wide range of issues, though I particularly specialise in working with people suffering with anxiety, panic attacks, post traumatic stress disorder (ptsd) & phobias. Another specialism of mine is helping people with life purpose issues.

People have many reasons for wanting changes in their lives and yours will obviously be personal to you. You may want to overcome obstacles like unwanted feelings, break negative habits, energize your mind and body, achieve pain relief, or maybe open up your range of new positive possibilities.

Many people simply don’t realise the potential they have within themselves. With a little help, I believe everybody can bring their talents to the surface, resolve negative habits or limiting beliefs and live a happier, more joyful life. I love helping people do this!

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
