Fully Qualified hypnotherapist/psychotherapist and eft practitioner with 22 years experience. I also tutor on these subjects along with motivation and positive thinking. I am an accredited member of the association for professional hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and i am on the national register of psychotherapists and counsellors. I am also a member of the BWRT institute (Brain Working Recursive Therapy) where I am a Registered Practitioner Member in General Psychopathology.
I became interested in hypnotherapy after being cured of panic attacks, an area that I now specialise in. I believe that no one should have to walk around carrying these burdens. I also work with quit smoking, weight loss, habits and addictions, hypno gastric band, fear of flying, phobias, alcohol abuse, food addiction, depression, insomnia, sleep disorders, drug abuse, sexual issues, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), pain management, low self esteem, stress, eating disorders, relationship issues, exam stress, low self confidence, obsessions and compulsions, public speaking, anger management, sex addiction, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bruxism, sports performance, anger management, relaxation, corporate stress management, stuttering and stammering, exam nerves and disabilities and much more.

I have a very high success rate with Phobias, anxiety issues and depression. My quit smoking session is a one off two hour session. I offer a free top up session should you begin smoking again within three months of quitting although it is rare that anyone needs to return for this.
