About me

Overview of the hypnotherapy services I offer

At My Bright Space I offer professional, caring support in the treatment many conditions such as anxiety, stress, weight loss, habit breaking, self-esteem, motivation, grief,  phobias, exam pressure and more. I support you on your journey towards positive changes with individually tailor-made treatment and put your well-being at the heart of our service.

How does hypnotherapy work?

Hypnotherapy is a safe and natural treatment, which can significantly support positive life changes using the power of your subconscious mind. Treatment involves inducing a deep state a relaxation, during which the subconscious mind becomes receptive to change. Normally this part of the mind is inaccessible and therefore resistant to change.

Who can hypnotherapy benefit?

Most people can benefit from hypnotherapy, where you feel you'd like to relax more to help with stress or you've been putting up with a condition for decades. Some people are naturally more receptive to hypnotherapy than others, so results vary from person to person.

Why choose my services?

I offer a very flexible service in terms of hours & locations. If you have mobility or access issues I can either come to your house (but there's needs to be a private, safe, calm and quiet space available), OR I can collect you and drive you to my therapy areas either in Adderbury (Tues - Saturday) or Deddington (Mondays) and drive you home. There is a nominal fee for this depending on your location. My hours are also flexible offering Monday evening and weekend appointments for those who are busy or working during the week.
