About me
I offer kind, compassionate and caring professional hypnotherapy, to support the treatment of many conditions such as anxiety, stress, weight loss, habit breaking, self-esteem, motivation, grief, phobias and more. I'll fully support you on your journey towards positive change with individually tailor-made treatment sessions. I put your well-being at the heart of my service. I am also a qualified, certified counsellor and psychotherapist, which means to I can offer greater professional insight and support.
How does hypnotherapy work?
Hypnotherapy is a safe and natural treatment, which can significantly support positive life changes using the power of your subconscious mind. Treatment involves inducing a deep state a relaxation, during which the subconscious mind becomes receptive to change. Normally this part of the mind is inaccessible and therefore resistant to change.
Who can hypnotherapy benefit?
Most people can benefit from hypnotherapy, whether you feel you'd like to relax more to help with stress or you've been putting up with a condition for decades. Some people are naturally more receptive to hypnotherapy than others, so results vary from person to person. There is no guarantee hypnotherapy will work for everyone but it is proven to be highly effective for many people.
Why choose my services?
Your well-being is the focus of every session, as I walk beside you in the achievement of your goals. My practice room is within the Banbury Therapy Centre, in Banbury town centre. This is a professional, calm and comfortable setting, with an attended reception area, within a well appointed building.
