About me
Hi,
I specialise in helping adults and children with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders and self-confidence (just to name a few).
Everyone is unique and my therapy sessions are tailor-made to each individual. My passion is helping people who feel lost, stuck, unmotivated or just do not feel like their usual selves when going through a difficult time.
I love how Hypnotherapy works with the mind, it is gentle but powerful in supporting you in making changes to your life that benefit where you are wanting to be.
I work with Clinical Hypnotherapy, CBT Hypnotherapy and NLP Hypnotherapy. They all have their strengths and are great tools for me to use when supporting a client that needs support making changes.
I have supported lots of clients in making changes to their life with what is right for them. We as humans do not like change in any way shape or form, whether it is a change in a job, life circumstances, relationship, or nervous about upcoming exams, or going back to school the list is endless why our emotions and fears can overtake our life and make us feel stuck almost frozen, that is until you reach out for help. Through the unique tailor-made treatment plan I do for you I can help support you in lifting the emotions of feeling stuck, so you will feel free again to continue on your journey.
