Hypnotherapy in North London
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Barnet, North London, who has been hypnotising people for over twenty years. I have studied with a wide variety of organizations and individuals, including Dr Tom Devlin - the man who first hypnotised and then trained Paul Mckenna.
You would be amazed at how small changes can have a huge impact on your life. These may be problems which have been affecting you for many years on a personal level. They may also have held you back in social situations or at work.
Using hypnosis and other therapeutic interventions, my aim is to help you regain control of your life. It's about empowering you, not setting you up for long term psychological dependency (for some conditions you may need only a handful sessions). As it is, I expect the majority of my clients to notice changes within the first two sessions.
This approach is known as Brief Strategic Therapy and is directed towards goals which are agreed at the initial therapy session. Using the power of your subconscious mind, we find solutions which will lead to positive and permanent changes to your life.
I work in an eclectic way, drawing on the wide knowledge and experience I have gained over the years. Hypnosis is my primary therapeutic tool, but I also utilise energy therapy in the form of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) as well as NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). In addition, I also use a number of 'stand-alone' behavioural techniques.
Using this approach, I have helped many clients deal with:
- alcohol abuse
- weight loss
- drug abuse
- pain management
- panic attacks
I have helped clients deal with these and a number of other debilitating conditions - often when other approaches have failed.
This is only meant to be a brief snapshot. If you would like to know more about hypnosis and what it can do for you, then take a look at my website. Or contact me either by email or phone and I will be happy to answer any questions you care to ask.

Recent Client Testimonials
I saw Beau because I had a chronic pain problem with my knee. A year later I am still free of pain in that knee and have not had the slightest twinge of pain since.
CP - Brighton
I came to you angry, frustrated and depressed. The therapy was the best investment in my health I have ever done. It has equipped me to deal with difficult times now, and in the future. Thank you very much for your help!
TC - Cockfosters
Having been referred for hypnotherapy to Beau, after a course of counselling to deal with an embedded psycho-sexual issue, my counsellor remarked as I left, having had what proved to be my last session "whatever happened with Beau, I can see it's had a remarkable and obvious effect on you".
EP - Finchley
Beau's therapy was directed to solve the issue I referred to him, but his therapy was generous, teaching me behavioural management techniques that I have been able to use more generally in my everyday life.
PE - Barnet
The simple strategies you gave me to deal with my anxiety have made such a difference to my daily life. Thank you once again.
WR - Muswell Hill
Thank you for the sessions leading up to my flight. I had my best flight ever and I felt remarkably calm. My husband said it was a miracle!

I give talks and demonstrations of hypnosis to companies, clubs, societies and groups all over London, Greater London and the South East.
In this introductory talk I include some general facts about hypnosis as well as some history of the subject. The practical section is comprised of a demonstration of various psychological phenomena, stress-busting techniques (which you can use straight away), as well as some pain control. We conclude with a group relaxation.
The talk is informal and there is plenty of time for questions. The event lasts around an hour, but can be tailored to your needs. Afterwards, participants are welcome to pick up a leaflet or speak to me in confidence about what hypnosis can do for them.
Hold my talk in your home, or have a dinner party with a difference!
Do you have friends or work colleagues who are curious about hypnosis and hypnotherapy? If so, why not hold my hypnosis talk and demonstration in your home. I can promise you a stimulating, informative and fun evening that you’ll be talking about for a long time to come.
I charge a fee of £75.00 for the talk and demonstration (minimum of 8 people).
So, if you would like to know more about this unique and fascinating subject, feel free to email me or give me a call.
