About me
I am passionate about working with people who would like to make positive life changes to achieve the best version of them self. Within my clinical hypnotherapy practice I use many different techniques including neuro-linguistic programming, counselling and analytical techniques which enables me to use a person-centred approach to therapy.
I have a background in psychology and am also a qualified performance coach so I am able to use the skills and knowledge from both these disciplines to compliment my hypnotherapy practice.
If you choose to work with me I will work with you on an individual need basis using the tools and techniques identified as best suited to you. I am able to work with you both face to face or online.

Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
The International Hypnotherapy Association is one of the leading organisations supporting hypnotherapists in practice. Established in 1997 and representing several hundred therapists, you can be sure to find the properly qualified, ethical and experienced practitioner to meet your needs, wherever you are in the world.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
