About me

My first experience of hypnosis was some 30 years ago, when I first learned how to hypnotise others and how to use self-hypnosis. Over the years, I been a student of human psychology – wanting to know why some people excel in what they do and why others struggle.

This quest for knowledge led to me completing a variety of training programmes, including several with Tony Robbins, who is considered one of the top motivational speakers/coaches in the world, alongside other experts in the field of hypnotherapy, hypno-psychotherapy and Neuro linguistic Programming (NLP).

I have been a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy since 2006 and have held various directorships in hypnotherapy. All in all, I have helped thousands of clients make positive changes in their lives and have helped them to realise their true potential.

In 2014, I had a vision to build a practice which was conveniently located within an hours drive of 3 large cities “Leeds, Manchester and Sheffield”. I wanted an area that was tranquil and away from the hustle and bustle of everday city life. I found Holmfirth, near Huddersfield to be exactly the place I was looking for. I then found a piece of land, which had great views, it’s own private wood, yet close to shops and restaurants of Holmfirth. I then set about designing and building a practice. If you want to find out more, take a look at the pictures of the build, site plan and hypno room in the “Photos & videos” section below.

In addition to my private practice in Holmfirth, I’m fortunate to also practice from 1-7 Harley Street, Westminster, London. Due to the travel and room hire involved, I ask client’s to pay a 50% deposit when booking the London practice. Please contact me for further details if you want to book a session at either site.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a thirst for knowledge and understanding, and only after 4 decades of asking questions do I finally have the answers (all to be revealed in a series of upcoming books, as follows).

“Why we go into trance, whats the real purpose”

”Your purpose in life”

“The power of thoughts”

Below is a selection of some of my qualifications. I practice my own unique style of therapy. It evolved over many years by making certain observations from clients and noticing common themes that cropped up time and time again. I like to train clients how to go into deep levels of altered states of consciousness (sometimes this is assisted using Binaural Beats or Hemisphere Synchronising sounds). This type of therapy comes from a certain amount of natural ability, experience and ultimately handing over to the unconscious mind, to not only bring about the desired change, but also to help clients understand their true purpose and potential.
