About me

Hypnotherapy with me is hypnosis plus. I am trained in a number of additional disciplines, for example, IEMT (Integrated Eye Movement Therapy);  NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming); EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique); Kinetic Shift and other Energy Healing services. I'm also a Masters level Coach. These are all complementary to Hypnotherapy which enables me to draw from an extensive tool box, combining techniques in each session to help us get to the root of the problem and treat it, giving you fast and effective results.

I start off with a personalised, senstive and entirely confidential deep dive into each client's context and presented need.  It is really important to me that you feel comfortable and that we work together to help you bring about the desired change, so, we'll work out your treatment plan together.

As a guide, the majority of clients I work with are usually with me anywhere from 1 - 4 sessions depending on need.

How hypnosis works?

When you relax, your conscious mind takes a back seat and the more powerful unconscious part off your mind is revealed. To get your conscious mind to relax we guide you into relaxation.  Your unconscious mind has stored all of your experiences; learned behaviors; conditioned responses and they dictate your behavior now. When deeply relaxed we can connect with the unconscious mind and attempt to re-programme or re-condition specific patterns of behavior.

The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
