About me
You may have reached a point where something in your life no longer feels sustainable. Perhaps anxiety is beginning to shape your decisions, old habits keep repeating themselves, or you feel disconnected from your sense of purpose, confidence, or direction. Deep down, you believe that you are capable of more ease, clarity, and fulfilment than you are currently experiencing.
I offer a supportive and deeply personalised approach helps you create meaningful and lasting change. My work is especially suited to creatives, professionals, and people in transition who want more than surface-level coping strategies. Together, we explore not only what is happening in your life, but why certain patterns continue to appear — and how they can begin to shift.
Hypnotherapy works by engaging both the conscious and subconscious mind, allowing change to happen at a deeper level than willpower alone. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, procrastination, low confidence, insomnia, phobias, emetophobia, emotional overwhelm, or a loss of direction, our sessions are designed to help you move beyond survival mode and reconnect with a greater sense of calm, agency, and possibility.
Many clients come to me because they feel stuck: trapped in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, burnout, emotional exhaustion, or habits they cannot seem to break. Others want support with specific goals such as stopping smoking, weight loss, public speaking confidence, exam stress, fear of flying, sports performance, or improving relationships. Whatever brings you here, the work is tailored entirely to your needs, personality, and goals.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. Alongside my therapeutic practice, my background as an academic and meditation teacher allows me to draw from a wide range of evidence-based and contemplative approaches. Clients often find that this combination helps them gain both practical tools for change and a deeper understanding of themselves.

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
