About me
Alistair is a fully insured and accredited psychodynamic Hypnotherapist, Counsellor, Vocal Coach and Voice Therapist with a total of over 11 years of therapeutic experience, working with a variety of issues either UK-wide online, or face to face in Swansea and Carmarthenshire. Alistair is a GSRD Trainer (Gender, Sex, Relationship Diversities, Pink Therapies) and works with all client bases, including LGBTQIA, alternative lifestyle, kink, Polyamorous and Trans clients. Alistair understands the unique needs of neurodivergent clients and has both professional and lived experience in the areas above, being an AuADHD, Trans, Polyamorous, Kinked and Queer man.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Childhood regression hypnosis alongside psychodynamic counselling is a specialist area aiming to reclaim those unloved child parts and reconstruct healthy core messages and conditions of worth for clients.
The Trauma Rewind Technique is an evidenced treatment for PTSD, Trauma, Phobias, and Anxiety. Used under hypnosis, it helps to create healthy direction and resolution of past traumas and fears and gives the client control of their trauma-based anxiety and panic.
Past life and birth regression helps to resolve past and generational trauma, giving clients a new direction to their lives.

Rewind technique £150 over 3 x 1.5 hr sessions
Smoking Cessation £180, based on 1 information gathering session of 1.5hrs, and a main session of 3.5 - 4 hours
