I am an Anxiety and Negative Emotion specialist and use a collection of therapeutic approaches to banish Anxiety once and for all.
You are not born with Anxiety, it's something that you learned how to do. That means you can just as easily and quickly unlearn how to do it.
I do not believe in lengthy counselling sessions, I have developed an approach to treating anxiety that resolves the problem very quickly, in most cases. These powerful techniques utilise ground breaking eye movement therapy alongside hypnotherapy, designed to get you feeling relief straight away.

These sessions can be delivered in person or online, so it doesn't matter where you are located.
I also teach all my clients techniques they can use at home that are simple and effective. These strengthen the work we do together and help get to a speedy conclusion.
I also provide recordings to listen to at home, again to build on the work we do in my office. Also I am available as constant support, if you need that during your treatment

Training, qualifications & experience
I have been trained to a Postgraduate level with the University of West London, via the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH). This course was recommended to me and is widely regarded as the most comprehensive training around, in the field of Hypnotherapy.
I am also an Advanced IEMT Practitioner (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) and have done some specialist work around Trauma.
I have been professionally trained in NLP, by the founder Richard Bandler and I am a licensed NLP Practitioner.
I am a member of the professional bodies BSCH (British Society of Clinical Hypnosis) and the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council).
Additionally, I attend frequent seminars to keep abreast of the ever changing world of therapy.
Member organisations
The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) is a national professional body whose aim is to promote and assure high standards in the practice of hypnotherapy. There are various types of membership of BSCH, including associate members, full members, diplomats and fellows. Registration demands good quality training, ethical practice and adherence to a code of conduct.
