Lyn has over 23 years experience as a Hypnotherapist and was trained by the LCCH - in Glasgow. She gained her full Qualification in 2001 and has been helping clients since then with various issues, mainly for weight loss
As A Weight Loss Specialist, I see people mainly just for weight loss by offering a FREE Consultation to understand your eating habits and to determine which hypnosis approach is most suitable for you. If you feel that you need to stop eating JUNK FOOD including sweet sugary foods, fizzy juice and savoury junk foods such as crisps and take away food, then the THE MIND DETOX would be most appropriate as the hypnosis treatment will take away your desire for any junk food. After the initial FREE Consultation, if you decide to go ahead with the treatment, this would include 2 x 1 hour sessions at a cost of £120 per session ( £240 in total )
TOP UP SESSION
If you ever come off track with your healthy eating after the MIND DETOX treatment, then you can have unlimited top up sessions anytime at a cost of just £65 to get you back on track
VIRTUAL GASTRIC BAND
The Virtual Gastric Band Hypnosis treatment is for those who are at least 4 stone overweight and eat past the point of being full. So if you feel that you don't have a "Switch Off" button to stop eating when you are full then the Virtual Band might be more appropriate for you as this treatment is like having an actual gastric band fitted so that your mind feels full with less food, leading to long term weight loss, and if you ever come off track after this treatment, you can have unlimited top up sessions to get you back on track
