Lockdown therapy: I am currently taking clients online through SKYPE, Facetime, and Zoom. Therapy doesn't have to stop because you can't go out and may be even more important at times like these. I teach a range of relaxation tools and run a session with a personalised hypnotic relaxation as well as the usual areas that I work with.
You may feel that now the time is right to make a change, so that you can live a fuller life. Over 70% of my clients come through word of mouth, and because they have seen incredible changes in friends and colleagues. I've been in practice now for over 10 years and have experienced a wide range of different issues.
Hypnotherapy is short goal focused therapy than can give you the confidence and ability to make positive changes in your life. Whether it's anxiety, a phobia such as fear of flying, or general gaining confidence hypnotherapy is a gentle but powerful therapy which helps you get the most out of life.
Children also benefit from hypnosis for building confidence, particularly around school, exams and sports. I work with children from the age of 6 up until 18, and have advanced DBS clearance. With children I use very simple and effective interactive visualisations and suggestion.
I had a therapy room in Grantham, but also do online sessions, for people around the world. There is plenty of free parking and it is within walking distance of Grantham station.
I use hypnosis mixed with mindfulness, and depending on circumstances will always teach you how to use self-hypnosis so that you are empowered to continue to make positive changes in the long term.

Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
I charge £60 per hour for general hypnotherapy in Grantham.
Stopping smoking and birth hypnosis are priced differently, please contact me for further details.
