About me

I am a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, registered nutritionist and lawyer that helps individuals to re-build their relationship with food. Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder, food aversions, IBS or just want to lose weight and get healthy, I can help you to get to the root cause of your issues around food and help you to make lasting changes.

I understand how challenging it can be to struggle with your relationship with food. Nobody should have to spend their life worrying about food or their weight, obsessing over food choices, feeling guilty for eating or feeling out of control around food.

I am here to help you to completely rebuild your relationship with food. I understand how food-related issues can really stop you from enjoying life. I also know that short-term quick-fixes never work long-term. My goal is that you make sustainable changes to your eating habits so that you are free to just get on with enjoying your life.

Further information

I can help you to rebuild your relationship with food and make permanent changes to your diet and lifestyle with a unique treatment combining psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, behaviour change techniques and nutrition advice.

Whether you would like to stop emotional eating, are struggling to lose weight, just want to lead a healthier lifestyle or are dealing with an eating disorder – these combination of techniques can help you to get to the root cause of your issues around food and help you to make lasting changes.

The treatment of emotional eating, binge-eating, IBS, obesity, eating-disorders and other food-related issues require both an understanding of nutrition and an understanding of the psychological factors driving the conditions. Rather than having to see several specialists in psychotherapy, nutrition, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, behaviour change and coaching - I give you access to a personally tailored treatment that brings together the most effective techniques from all of these disciplines. I understand how frustrating it is to try lots of solutions that only give short-term results.Instead, I provide a unique treatment based on effective behaviour change principles, which can resolve your issues around food for good.
