About me

I am a hypnotherapist registered with the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. Apart from hypnotherapy or in conjunction with it, I offer EMDR, Ego States Therapy, Time Line Therapy™, Inner Child, NLP Coaching and Goal Mapping.

Thanks to understanding of the neurobiology of trauma and stress, I see a majority of emotional and psychological problems, such as depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, excessive stress, phobias, addictions and many others, as an expression of unresolved trauma held in the body. That point of view is in line with the current research in neuroscience and neuropsychology.

To fully heal from wounds of the past, we not only need tools of transformation but as well we need attractive goals because our nervous systems thrive on positive possibilities.

I am focused on healing trauma and reducing stress then I help to clarify, set and map goals.

I provide complex support in overcoming the adverse effects of trauma. I help clients grow and reclaim their lives by working on healing the past, managing the present and creating the future.

Additional information

Usually, I charge £60.00 per 50 minutes or £108.00 per 90 minutes.

I offer a 5% discount for bulk booking of 5x90 minutes sessions.
