About me

Would you like to move forward or change unwanted thoughts or behaviours that are holding you back?

Welcome to Spero Hypnotherapy, my name is Tina and I am a practicing hypnotherapist in the Peterborough area.

Hypnotherapy is a very effective tool for helping with all kinds of issues, that any one of us can be affected by at different times of life, for a variety of different reasons. Tapping into our sub-conscious mind is a great way to make changes, move forward and achieve the things that we want to achieve. Hypnotherapy works so well because it gets to the root cause of the issue and doesn't just treat the symptoms.
