My name is Jordi Mora Calzas, I am the founder and director of Sui Cura Therapies. My practice was founded to support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety and anxiety conditions such as fears, phobias and PTSD by developing tailored support packages that will put you in control of your own progress. My services are delivered either online or in-person from my practice located on Elmwood Avenue, Belfast.
Our name comes from the Latin term "sui" meaning self and "cura" meaning care. Our goal is to support you and help you regain your autonomy and to embrace the path to "sui cura" - self care.
