I encountered major life events—a challenging divorce, heartbreaking bereavement—that left deep emotional imprints within me. Amidst these trials, I grappled not only with personal loss but also struggled with another significant issue: my relationship with food and weight. Balancing the demands of being a dedicated mother while juggling a demanding corporate job, I felt an overwhelming sense of never being enough.
I turned to therapy in the hopes of finding clarity and healing. However, it soon became apparent that conventional therapy didn't quite address the intricate layers of my emotions regarding my body, food, and feelings of inadequacy.
Desperate to understand the root cause of my feelings about myself, I read dozens of self help books looking for a method that would delve beyond the surface. That's when I stumbled upon Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and Hypnotherapy that led me to book in a RTT session. I was blown away by the instant results that I felt after only one session. It unearthed the layers beneath my feelings, shedding light on the complex web of emotions intertwined with my weight, relationship with food, and perpetual sense of not feeling enough.

I am very passionate about the work that I do because I can clearly see the mind-body connection in all of us. However, at the same time, I am very much grounded in the science and the research which all reinforce the immense power that our subconscious minds hold over our lives.
Trained by RTT founder Marisa Peer and celebrity Hypnotherapist Ali Campbell, I integrate 1-hour stand-alone hypnotherapy and NLP sessions into my practice.
The power of the subconscious mind
Our subconscious minds are very powerful. It takes up about 95% of our brain power and deals with everything our body needs to function properly; including eating, breathing, digesting and making memories. This is all great but it also holds all the 'programs' that control the way we think and what we believe. Not great if we have negative programs about ourselves, which then become the 'limiting beliefs' blueprint of how we see ourselves and how we lead our lives. It’s through repetition of these beliefs and behaviours, that they become embedded into our minds and we live day to day on autopilot.
During regular talking therapy, we talk with the less influential conscious mind. Understandably, it’s not possible to fully comprehend the core beliefs which are underlying our behaviours. However, through hypnosis, we can quickly access the core beliefs in our subconscious mind that are holding us back. When I talk about RTT to people who have not heard about it before, I describe it as talking therapy on steroids!
Once we understand the root cause of why we feel the way we do, we can get rid of these false beliefs and install better beliefs. Research in neuroscience has proven that we can break habits and change beliefs by rewiring our brain pathways to make lasting, positive changes to our lives. This is why I will give you a bespoke hypnosis recording after your session that you need to listen to daily for 30 days.
Over the years, through continuous professional development, I have found countless literature that supports the work that I do with the subconscious mind which includes books written by doctors and scientists. In fact, our minds are so powerful that our thoughts can make us physically sick. I have seen this with many of my own clients.

Training, qualifications & experience
- Rapid Transformational Therapy School with Marisa Peer
- Hypnotherapy Practitioner Academy with Ali Campbell
- BSc in Psychology, Aston University
- Registered member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)
- Registered member of the Accredited Counselors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH)
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
The investment you pay is for the whole monthly package which includes the following:
Consultation zoom call- 60 minutes
RTT sessio - either on zoom or face to face- 2 hours
Bespoke Transformational Recording- listen to for 30 days
Follow up zoom 1 hour call at 10 which includes hypnosis/NLP depending on clients requirments.
Check in with zoom call at 30 days to check progress.
