About me

I combine my training in cognitive hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) with an intuitive heart and an inner wisdom, to help clients to find freedom, so they can start making more positive and healthier choices.

People come to see me for support with a range of issues affecting the way they think and feel, from stress and anxiety to negative behaviours, phobias and habits including smoking and binge drinking; as well as issues related to eating and food, confidence and low self-esteem

I come highly recommended by clients, and have been featured in British Vogue, Sheerluxe and Forbes.

Here are some questions I am frequently asked:

What is cognitive hypnotherapy?
Cognitive hypnotherapy is a modern, holistic and flexible approach to therapy.  It is influenced by cognitive theory, neuroscience, evolutionary psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

What can I expect?
A cognitive hypnotherapist will utilise a range of techniques and tools, including Timeline Regression, EMI (Eye Movement Integration), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) also known as Tapping, among many others.  Clients can expect to get to the root cause of an issue, heal and feel empowered to look head and embrace a more positive future.

How long does it take?
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is an efficacious therapy that can create immediate results in a relatively short time.  In fact, some clients have noticed changes in the way they think and feel after the just the history take.  However, first and foremost my focus is to help clients make lasting changes over quick fixes, which is why I recommend at a minimum, clients commit to three sessions before the effectiveness of treatment is evaluated.

Working together
Before we agree to work together, I recommend we have a conversation. My goal is to ensure that you progress, which is why I choose only work with clients if I feel confident that I can help elicit positive and lasting change.
