About me

I am a Vogue-recommended cognitive hypnotherapist based in London, seeing clients in person at triyoga Shoreditch and triyoga Camden, and online worldwide. Holding a Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy (DipCHyp), a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) and qualified as an NLP Master Practitioner, I take a deeply personal and bespoke approach to every client I work with.

I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, smoking cessation, phobias, binge eating, excessive drinking, fertility stress and creative blocks. My approach addresses the root cause of an issue rather than its symptoms, creating change that is both lasting and transformative.

I am also a certified HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator, helping expectant parents feel calm, confident and prepared for birth using the original Mongan Method, taught in over 40 countries worldwide.

I am proud to have been recommended by British Vogue and featured in Sheerluxe, Happiful and Forbes. If you are ready to make a lasting change, I offer a free 20-minute discovery call, book yours at the-inner.com.

FAQs

What is cognitive hypnotherapy? Cognitive hypnotherapy is a modern, flexible approach to therapy rooted in cognitive theory, neuroscience, evolutionary psychology and NLP. Rather than working at a conscious level, it works directly with the unconscious mind, getting to the root cause of your issue and using how you feel to change the way you think and behave.

What can I expect? First, forget the swinging pendulum. A session involves being guided into a focused, relaxed state where you are open to change and able to connect with your unconscious mind. The experience is closer to meditation than anything you may have seen on stage. You remain in full control throughout and would never do or say anything you did not want to. I draw on a range of techniques including Timeline Regression, EMI (Eye Movement Integration) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), tailored entirely to you.

How long does it take? Cognitive hypnotherapy can produce results quickly –some clients notice a shift after their very first session. That said, my focus is always on lasting change rather than quick fixes. I recommend a minimum of three sessions before evaluating progress, and I will always be honest with you about what is realistic for your situation.

How do I get started? The best way to start is with a free 20-minute discovery call. It's an opportunity to ask questions, talk through what you'd like help with, and find out whether we're the right fit with no obligation to proceed. You can book directly at the-inner.com.

Working together Before we agree to work together, I always recommend a conversation first. I only take on clients if I feel confident I can help. For more information, visit the-inner.com/faqs.
