My aim as a Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist  is to provide a warm safe honest and respectful space to aid your recovery at your pace.

I provide personal integrative approach, which assists and promotes the most effective support and treatment plan essential for you the client as an individual.

Facilitating group workshops in Mental Health First Aid , Confidence, Self-esteem, Colour therapy, Anger Management and NLP.

Hypnotherapy is a combination of hypnosis and therapy which helps you to reach your full potential, creating a shift from within, resolving a huge range of issues such as stress, self confidence, unwanted behaviour or habits, phobia's & fears by accessing your subconscious and your desire to change.

Hypnosis
is the process of addressing and overcoming  problems by changing the way we think and behave. Hypnosis is a very relaxed, day dream like state and most people experience trances quite naturally in their everyday life, for example when engrossed in a book or daydreaming whilst carrying out a repetitive task.

Psychotherapy is a personal interaction using intergrative modalities to assist effective healing, supporting changes in behaviour, compulsions, thoughts  beliefs and emotions to help improve an individuals well-being and quality of life.

My intergrative approach uses elements of different modalities. Psychodynamic\ Personal centred\EFT\ Hypnotherapy\ Attachment Therapy \BLS\EMDR\ DBT\\ NLP\ Trauma focused CBT approaches. I believe  there isn't just one therapeutic approach that suits all , therefore  my sessions are tailored to the unique individual.
