About me

Hello , I'm Sheila Thomson, a fully trained and registered hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and Life Coach. Empowering people is what I'm passionate about.

At Elderslie Hypnotherapy the focus is on YOU as an individual and how we can work with you to make the aspects of your life better.  No matter who you are where you're from or what your personal circumstances are you can change from the inside out to become the person you want to be. I can help you overcome the blocks that are stopping you walking the path you want to be on whether that's becoming a non smoker, getting that job, being the person you feel happy to be. It is so much easier than you might think !

Young people are not immune to pressures and struggle too with life.

At Elderslie Hypnotherapy I help young people to see even though they cannot control a lot of their lives they can control how they feel in any given situation. Giving them this belief helps control the anxiety in their lives and gives them back power.

The General Hypnotherapy Register

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
