About me

I have been a fully qualified solution focused practitioner since June 2014 and love my job with a passion.

I tend to work with a direct approach, getting straight to the point, to focus on getting you the best possible value from your session.

What additional skills do I have?

Having experienced high anxiety disorder and depression, I used solution focused hypnotherapy to overcome and conquer them. I draw on my personal experiences in my practice, offering practical tools and techniques alongside the gentle but incredibly powerful effect that hypnotherapy can bring.

  • HPD - Hypnotherapy Practitioners diploma
  • Treating Intrusive Thoughts and the Inner Critical Mind
  • The Science Of The Initial Consultation

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
