Hello, if you are committed to living a happier life and want to overcome whatever is blocking you, I am here to help.
I am a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist working with clients in Bath and online with a number of life limiting issues, helping to achieve results in a relatively short time.
If you are suffering from anxiety, confidence issues, fears / phobias, sleeping problems, challenges with the menopause or other anxiety related conditions I can help you take positive steps to overcome these in a calm and compassionate space. Clients leave sessions feeling more positive and uplifted, my goal is to make therapy inspiring.
Hypnotherapy is based in neuroscience and is an effective way to re-write negative beliefs which become lodged in our subconscious minds. I combine talking therapy with gentle hypnosis. Hypnosis enables us to accesses the sub conscious mind, opening us up to possibilities and helping to override the noisy and negative internal chatter we can sometimes experience.
I am also a fully qualified hypnobirthing instructor and offer in home private sessions.

Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and Psychotherapy (DHP) from the Clifton Practice in Bristol UK. I also hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma (HPD), considered to be the gold standard in the industry.
I am committed to continued professional development, attending regular training courses and I am a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists (AfSFH)

The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.
