This isn’t a lack of confidence.
It’s your subconscious mind running old patterns, beliefs formed earlier in life (sometimes even in past lifetimes) that still affect how you think, feel, and behave today.
Even when you know you’re capable, anxiety, self-doubt, or imposter syndrome can take over.
The good news is, these patterns can be changed. Through RTT® hypnotherapy and past life regression, we work directly with the subconscious to change these patterns at the root.

I specialise in RTT® hypnotherapy, past life regression, and trauma-informed subconscious work for anxiety, confidence, and emotional healing.
Using RTT® and EMDR, we use neuroscience and trauma-informed techniques to work directly with your subconscious mind to identify and release the root of what’s holding you back.
