I am a qualified therapist in Hypnotherapy, Psychodynamic therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. I am also a trained ACT advanced therapist and believe passionately about the benefits of engaging with a therapist on a journey of hope and mental wellbeing. I have experienced anxiety and panic attacks first hand and know how debilitating they can be and so feel I have a strong affinity for helping anyone in a similar situation. Who doesn't want to feel calmer, more at ease, less stressed and more relaxed?! The ACT model I use, as well as lots of hypnotherapy techniques, give access to many many ways of connecting and understanding that we can become our own therapists with guidance and the right tools.
Training, qualifications & experience
Having experienced anxiety first hand I know how limiting it can make lives. My aim is to get you to understand why your body and mind is reacting in that stressed state, and to give you tools that you can use immediately to alleviate those symptoms. It is simply giving hope and a purpose for a healthier, happier live. One in which anxiety can be managed rather than tolerated.
