About me
I am a bilingual hypnotherapist, offering treatments in English and Spanish.
After a life time devoted to education, with several post graduates and a Masters in Education and research in the area of brain processes in learning languages, I continued with hypnotherapy and counselling as a natural progression from my experience and interests.
One of my first areas of work has been on learning and memory techniques as well as stress management and anxiety.
I have also specialised on weight management and weight reduction using a variety of tools to support each individual client according to the characteristics of each case. Many clients have benefited from the gastric band technique. However there are several alternatives that the clients may prefer.
I believe in a holistic aspect of treatments and I also offer Reiki and Mindfulness as other services to improve my clients well- being.
I use an ample variety of methods based on cognitive hypnotherapy, CBT and NLP which I adapt to the needs and requirements of each client.

The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

- The cost of each session will be £60 per fifty minute session.
- For two successive smoke cessation sessions, you will need to book two consecutive sessions on the same day.
