My name is Lisa (Dip hyp,BSCH, certcoun,AoC,) I’m an emotional well-being author and clinical hypnotherapist, domestic abuse counsellor. I am accredited by the British society of clinical hypnotherapists and association of coaching)
I specialise in supporting clients in recovery narcissistic abuse and coercive control as well as depression, stress and anxiety.
I also deliver public speaking training with hypnosis for overcoming the fear of public speaking.
As a survivor of narcissistic abuse I am aware of the nuances, frustrations and stress factors that come with healing.
I am a qualified clinical hypnotherapist and work with clients on a variety of other areas such as:

Binge eating and drinking
Drug free pain management
Fear of public speaking
I offer tailored and personal hypnotherapy and psychotherapy services both online and face to face.
I am qualified to work with children and run group relaxation sessions through my Hypno healing page on Facebook.
Prior to being a hypnotherapist I worked internationally as head of corporate learning and development in a number of large organisations including NHS, JCB,RWE.
I made the decision to re-train after my own battle with mental health following an abusive relationship.
I still work with businesses on employee well-being education and business transformation coaching as well as writing a regular blog (featured on my website).
I split my time between 1 to 1 clinics and corporate well-being support.
I am mostly available evenings and weekends.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a diploma in clinical hypnotherapy. Certificate in counseling, A certificate in stress and relaxation therapy, I have a level 5 coaching diploma (working towards a level 7), ATCL communication certificate for teaching public speaking, mental health first aid instructor.
I am starting an MSc in neuroscience and mental health in September with Kings college London.

I work with people suffering from the aftermath of narcissistic abuse and coercive control.
I am available after 4pm on weekdays and 9-5 Saturdays and Sunday’s.
I offer group sessions on stress and relaxation and stop smoking.
