About me
I major in helping people to move from anxiety, stress and other related debilitating states, into empowered living. I'm still excited when I see clients making huge improvements in their lives and I enjoy helping clients to release limiting beliefs and unhelpful patterns that keep them stuck.
I have been a practicing hypnotherapist since 2000 when I set up Life Change Therapy. Initially, it was a name for my business, but over the years, as I have continued training in more therapeutic and healing modalities, it has become an umbrella term to cover all the different tools that I am able to bring to my work. With Life Change Therapy you can find the expertise, support, and guidance to make huge positive life changes and healing.
A Brief Form of Therapy
I believe that every human being has within them a great capacity for positive change. In hypnotherapy, beneficial change is often quick, easy, and painless, with the advantage of no side effects. Individual issues are usually dealt with in 3 - 4 sessions, making this a very cost-effective form of therapy.
Thanks to neuroplasticity (the brain’s ability to constantly learn and adapt to new experiences) we can use hypnotherapy to develop new neural pathways, allowing us to have more control over how we perceive and respond to the world around us.

Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
