About us
Hello! My name is Lesley and I am a Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist.
Maybe you have no idea what this means.......so allow me to explain a little.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy focuses on moving the client forward from whatever issue they are dealing with, to their desired future. It incorporates education through neuroscience, positive talk, goal setting and hypnosis.
I work with my clients to implement meaningful positive change. My aim is to ensure that the client leaves each session in a more positive mindset than I found them. The process is interactive, educational, positive and dare I say it, enjoyable!
I currently practice Solution Focused Hypnotherapy face-to-face in the Comber area and also online via Zoom.
I deliver wellbeing programmes to groups both online and in person.
Solution focused Hypnotherapy has an extensive reach when it comes to conditions that it can help with.
I have helped clients with all manner of issues- Anxiety, low mood, anger issues, sleep issues, issues with food, low self-esteem, stress, low confidence to name a few.
There are so are issues that I help people with on a daily basis but the list is endless!

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy School (CPHT), which is considered to be the gold standard in hypnotherapy and is recognised as the Centre of Excellence for hypnotherapy training.
I hold a diploma in Solution focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) by the practice and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy in Action (HPD) as awarded by the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
I am a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).
