About me

After injuries from a car accident a few years ago left me unable to carry on with my career, I started to look for something that I could do, Something that would fit around the hours in the day when I am at my best. I trained in a few different complimentary therapies, however, when I found hypnotherapy everything just made sense, and everything I do now is hypnotherapy related. I am also the Administration Manager for a Hypnotherapy college and  teach a few different subject areas. Some of which I have researched and written myself.

I am passionate about what I do and at times am still amazed at what Hypnotherapy can do and how quickly those changes can happen.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Prices are varied for some subject areas, especially ones that take more time such as Hypnobirthing. I also offer discounted prices for most areas of Hypnotherapy, these will be discussed with you either on the phone or email before you come for your first appointment.
I generally book appointment times from 10 am up to 7.30 pm and also Saturday mornings to fit around your busy life.
The first session is usually around 1 and half hours and an hour thereafter.
For Gastric Band Hypnotherapy, Hypnobirthing and Smoking the appointment times are generally one and a half hours.
