In nuts and bolts, I provide therapeutic support to help you overcome emotional and mental health issues, and reduce stress and anxiety, so that you can enjoy a life that is happier, healthier, and longer.
With particular expertise in anxiety, depression, and sleep difficulties, I know from experience that anxiety and depression don't just go away or resolve themselves. But it takes feeling safe and supported to go to the places we sometimes have to go to in order to heal, and that's where I come in.
I understand your individuality, and we'll work together with that in mind. Taking a multi-faceted approach, I help you identify and deal with the cause of your stress or anxiety, and I teach you practical tools to reduce the effects of anxiety, empowering you to take back control over yourself, your body, and your mind.
I tailor how I work to best suit you and your needs. This may involve a variety of techniques, such as hypnotherapy, counselling / talking therapies, cognitive processing, EFT, coaching, mindfulness, creative therapies, working through trauma, and so on.

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, in tandem with the University of West London, gaining a Distinction in my Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Hypnotherapy. My training covered many different aspects of Psychotherapy including CBT, NLP, Mindfulness, Counselling, and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
My EFT training was with Masha Bennett, (AAMET Master Trainer), in EFT Levels 1 and 2, and I have undergone many other trainings including working with metaphors, different approaches to tapping, and many more.
My training continues as I remain vigilant in expanding my learning and keeping up to date with developments in the psycho-therapeutic world.
I have gained significant practical experience in training and presenting throughout my legal career, which I put to good use now in my training and workshop based coaching sessions for individuals and groups.
I am a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis, EFT International, Association for IEMT Practitioners.
The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) is a national professional body whose aim is to promote and assure high standards in the practice of hypnotherapy.
There are various types of membership of BSCH, including associate members, full members, diplomats and fellows.
Registration demands good quality training, ethical practice and adherence to a code of conduct.
