About me

Welcome to my page; my name is Kate and I am a fully qualified and passionate hypnotherapist registered with the National Hypnotherapy Society.

I believe deeply in helping others, in providing a caring space to allow you to fully express yourself and to finding solutions together.

I use Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy grounding techniques and Neurolinguistic Programming strategies to create a tailor made plan for us to work together with. I work with clients both within specific goal orientated time frames and also long term.

I firmly believe that once we come to fully realise the power of our thoughts and gain control over our reactions to external factors, that our lives can be transformed and changed for the better.  I also believe that having someone you trust along side you can make it all the more manageable.

Hypnotherapy has personally helped me in my life, after seeing the benefits first hand, I am excited to help you too.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have experience of helping people with: anxiety, depression, stress, fears, phobias, panic, to quit smoking, weight loss, self love, self confidence, relaxation and pain.
